Have you ever just sat down and contemplated just how boring life would be without music? It's because of my love for music that I got into radio. I was in country radio but my heart was always into the pop music of the 70's and 80's. I wanted to pay homage to my "Late Brother" James "Scooter" Pope who taught me a lot about music growing up.
Now, keep in mind he could not teach me everything there is to know about music, he did make hungry to learn all I could about my favorite artists. Music is a lot about style and taste. No one likes exactly the same kind of music or the same groups. We however share enough of our musical taste with one another to keep life interesting. One thing about this site and life in general. " If you keep an open mind you just might find something new that you like. If I can share a new musical experience with you, then I know my brother is smiling down on me.
